Foreign Secretary Luis Videgaray and Economy Secretary Ildefonso Guajardo will be in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday August 29 and Wednesday August 30 for a regularly-scheduled high-level meeting with U.S. government officials.
Foreign Secretary Videgaray will meet with Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and White House National Security Adviser H. R. McMaster to review various issues on the bilateral agenda and discuss recent related developments.
Secretaries Videgaray and Guajardo will also hold a meeting with Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross; U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer; and White House Senior Adviser Jared Kushner to review specific bilateral trade issues.
Foreign Secretary Videgaray will hold an additional meeting with Luis Alberto Moreno, President of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), to reaffirm the commitment of the Mexican government to continue collaborating on regional issues.
